HJ has been claimed to have violated the rules by letting loose in an interview with the Korean media about his participation in this GAME, when he wasn’t supposed to have done so.
However, before the Korean media reported these on 3rd waking-up morning, the China media have already reported this news in the wee-dawn morning of 3rd nov. Which hints, even if there may be any fault, it should have been quoted from the China media presses — first
Keyeast has given assurance in their notice that they have already received permission to; so it was not the truth as said in reports. They also expressed that there were no media interviews held with the organizing committee side at all, and this was confirmed by the committee themselves.

Kim Hyunjoong who has signed on a contract with the organization committee to participate in the [16th ASEAN Guangzhou Games] on upcoming 12th November has seemingly violated their contracted rules.
